Oh What Do You Do in the Summertime?

How are you taking care of your physical and emotional heart this summer?

Here are some things I'm doing.

~Walking earlier in the day when it's not so hot.

~Making a watermelon salad with watermelon chunks, fresh mint leaves, freshly squeezed lemon, and salt. Sometimes I add feta. It's delicious!

~Practicing more kindness and compassion towards myself and others.

~Reading "The Artist's Way" by Julia Campbell and free-writing 3 pages every day to empty out my brain and make space for more creativity, as well as making an artist date with myself to explore what I might love.

~Enjoying my clients and celebrating their successes with them.

~Studying coaching techniques and integrative change work to better my life and serve my clients.

~Doing little things that take me out of my comfort zone.
