Exploring the Power of the Unconscious Mind with Coaching

Have you ever heard of the unconscious mind?

It's like a hidden part of your brain that does lots of things without you even knowing. This includes thinking, remembering stuff, feeling emotions, and getting motivated. It’s also called the subconscious.

Scientists say that this unconscious part does most of the work, about 90-95%!

That leaves only a small bit for the conscious part that you're aware of.

When folks learn the easy tricks and tools I teach to reach their unconscious mind, they are empowered to change things deep down and live the life they’ve always wanted but didn’t know how.

This secret part of the brain is easy to get to and responds well to when you know how to access it and what to do with it.

Some of the benefits you can expect from using the tools that I teach:

  1. Handle tough times and happy moments better.
  2. Deal with feelings and bounce back stronger.
  3. Stop thinking too much and just relax.
  4. Get better at doing stuff and being productive.
  5. Break old habits that don't help anymore.
  6. Figure out why problems happen and fix them for good."

Self-Directed Neuroplasticity

Self-directed neuroplasticity might sound tricky, but it's actually pretty simple. It's about using easy methods to break old habits in how you think, feel, and act.

These methods can help change your brain by stopping those old habits whenever you notice them and calming down your body's reaction to them.

Below are a few techniques you can practice.
